Student Loans: A Year In Review 2018

Well, I didn’t make my student loan repayment goal. And that’s okay. I did really, really well all things considering. I thought about writing a long post about what went into these, but I think I’m going to let the numbers speak for themselves.

I will say that the zeros were when I was paying my loans back, not as repayments, but as reimbursements. It happens if you make a payment within within 120 days of the dispersion period. They also waive some of the fees. It’s rather nice.

Obviously, some months were rougher than other. I’m looking at you, June. But we kicked butt and took names. We even got a couple months with $1000 payments. Kudos to us! 2019 is going to be even better!
